Current Openings in Operations

We are looking for a Producer to join our mighty LiveOps team! As producers you will help drive vision and ideas into execution, growth, and expansion. We pride ourselves on facilitating a collaborative and agile environment.

This role will be managing the A-Z of the game, from business to technical, coordinating with developer partners, internal business process (operations, technical, legal, partnership, marketing, and community), and ensuring that the game meets our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Own the Q&A and technical support for all of Company’s games, including:
    • Building deep understanding of workflows related to game operations and supporting systems
    • Manage in-game content and patches, in collaboration with development teams and relevant partners
    • Identifying and reporting any Q&A issues and working with internal teams and partners to resolve them, including acting as the primary point of contact for externally reported issues
  • Collaborate and partner with operations and engineering teams to build relevant systems & processes for game operations
  • Define and analyse metrics that could facilitate structured solutions for game operation supporting systems
  • Improve customer service and response to game support, including contributing to community management

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant subject or equivalent industry experience
  • 4+ years of experience in IT/game operation experience preferred.
  • Experience in managing gaming communities desired
  • Technical background is a plus
  • Customer support experience preferable
  • Experience in inspiring & managing small teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, organizational, effective communication
  • Proficient in spoken and written English

MAJAMOJO is looking for talented individuals to join us for a Game Localization Internship for our upcoming MMORPG. This is an entry-level unpaid internship, with adequate meals & transportation allowance. This internship expected to work in the office regularly (Pondok Indah, Jakarta Selatan area).

As a localization intern, you will have the opportunity to work within team responsible for the localization projects end-to-end. The successful intern candidate will be amenable to working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

The person filling this position must be a hands-on, enthusiastic, self-motivated person with strong initiative and desire to succeed in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting with translation and/or proofreading of texts (game contents, press releases and other varied internal document) from English to Bahasa Indonesia, vice versa.

Requirements :

  • Student of translation or related field, Undergraduate and postgraduate students are welcome
  • No work experience necessary
  • Bilingual (English -Indonesian spoken/written)
  • Have a good familiarity and knowledge of video game mechanic and terms
  • Interested in gaining first-hand experience in translation and proofreading in the video games industry
  • Eager to learn, with a positive attitude
  • Creative and able to take initiative
  • Excellent organizational skills, and fluent with MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skill and attention for subtleties of language and grammar
  • Have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for 8-12 weeks
  • Able to testing video games on a daily basis and localizing text at medium-high capacity (2,500 words or more per day)
  • Experienced in video games localization is a plus

Current Openings in Corporate Support

This role is responsible for processing the day-to-day AR/AP transactions into internal systems, and ensuring the company maintains in compliance with all taxing jurisdictions tax laws for all income taxes.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports. (Invoice, Pph21, Pph23, Pph25, PPh Final, PPN Badan, e-SPT, e-billing, e-filing)
  • Recap invoice data and update invoice status that has been paid, unpaid and unpaid payments
  • Assess and research difficult tax issues to identify solutions.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s tax database.
  • Determine tax savings and recommend strategies to improve profits.
  • Ensure you comply with regulations by forwarding required information to federal, state, and local authorities.
  • Offer support and guidance during audits.
  • Evaluate tax regulations and suggest policies that diminish tax burden.
  • Perform tax research to support tax compliance, tax audit defense and planning
  • Review, research, validate, and maintain tax exemption certificates, internal and external
  • Review, research, and respond to tax notices, inquiries, and questions from business and external relating to sales and use tax, property tax, indirect tax, tax audit, and other tax matters
  • Maintain tax calendar ensuring all tax filing requirements are met
  • Keep track of industry trends and changes related to taxes.
  • Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports.
  • Prepare Weekly, Monthly and Periodically Accounting report, Journal, General Ledger, Profit and Loss, Asset Management, Balance Sheet and any other accounting report needed
  • Manage all companies' invoices, quotations, AR/AP
  • Analyze and establish SOP as needed

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Business level English proficiency
  • Min. 5 years as Accounting function including in Trading company
  • Working experience in Public Accounting in the big 4 or 10
  • Understanding of PSAK, business process and Indonesian Accounting Standards
  • Experienced in using Accounting system
  • Strong MSOffice skills: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Attention to detail due to taxation factors affecting contract entitlements.
  • Critical thinking, good communication, good teamwork, open minded, smart, hard working
